time

I was going through some of my old notes back in 2003.

I was thinking, “Gosh! 3 years has gone and yet I don’t feel like it at all. 3 years…. If I was pregnant then, my kid could be running to me, calling ‘Mama’.”
- yes, it’s obvious I’ve reached an age where the maternity instinct is blasting.

It’s very frightening how time flew and I have so little achievement to commensurate it.

totally understand how u feel, i sometimes get really depressed with my'achievements'(or the utter lack of it) at 25 yrs of age!aacck!

but thn again, it all boils down to wat u deem as 'achievements' and wat u consider as 'sucess' at this point in your life la. Being able to stay alive and healthy all these years is considered quite an achievement, i shld think.(considering the crazy world we now live in)

Nonit to compare with others. Tho its good to push ourselves, but all of us have got different levels of challenge points.

For such an un-ambitious person as myself, to be able to afford my own lil diving trip, aft all these yrs, is one heck of an achievement for me manh! muahahaa

Will bring u back some sand ;p

Interesting thoughts. Personal achievements is not all the time obtained in a day, a month, a year or 3 years. That's because each and everyone of us have their own achievement in which we want to attain or reach.

If you had dreams and goals before that, did you try very hard in achieving it?

It can get very hard to define as individuals differ, ie: financial goals (earn RM 50,000 a year), career goals (high performance), material dreams (own a BMW), spiritual dreams (a level you want to reach with God) and etc. Goals can get big and small.

Set very realistic goals, give yourself a possible timeframe, and more of importance is never give up on it.
